safari not working every time I reconnect to wifi

every time my laptop change wifi or goes in stop, safari stop working. I've to close Safari, wait some seconds, than restart. Chrome works perfectly. It seems to be something related to DNS updating or other network problems.

It happened after upgrading to Yesemite
