iPhone 6 with soap water?

I was putting on a new screen protector that got dirty, so I took a bowl of water and a few drops of soap and put the screen protector there to clean it and then I put it on my phone and took it off to find a weird line of a clear glare on the side and the bottom of the iPhone. I turned it off immediately and put it in a bag of rice and currently waiting for it to dry for 24 hours. I'm freaking out right now and I am so worried if its okay or not. I also got the latest update for iPhone if that helps. Please Help!
