cant seem to down load purchased movies on to my pc

A few weeks ago all my movies in my iTunes showed a cloud in the lower right hand corner and now I cant seem to access any but the one that I could not access because I did not have a high definition screen can some one help ? They still show up under my purchased movies but will not load onto my pc I have windows 8 on a Dell Inspiron 3520 with intel core i5 and running iTunes 12.1.2,27 the movie Thor could not be used because the original file could not be found would you like to locate it? and if I press on the move in my movies in iTunes it takes me to the iTunes store for purchase purposes. so I am guessing they are some where in icloud
