my itunes is being weird when i plug in my phone

Every time I plug in my phone to my computer (I restored it the first time, and this came up) a screen saying "Welcome to your new iPhone comes up, with the only options being to restore it as a new iPhone, or use a backup. I've restored it 3 times since in hopes of taking away this screen, but it comes up immediately after my phone turns back on! How can I get it to go back to normal? (every time i plug it in this is the only thing that iTunes lets me do with my phone)
