What does error 1671 relate to while trying to restore and update a 5s?

While restoring and updateing I get ERROR 1671 coming up on iTunes. Can you help please . The phone had some water spilt on it not sure if it got inside or not. Many thanks

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3, Possible H2O damage
