ios 8.3 dont let me reproduce music or videos

When I updatex to ios 8.3 the videos and music atop working unless headphones are plugged in.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

Try inserting and removing the headphone plug several times.

After that, try a reset by holding the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears.

WWhat are you trying to listen with? The single speaker on the phone?

The problem is that when I try to see a video or listen to music it wont start same with voicenotes for example. Is there a way to return to the previous ios?

is no way to downgrade, and doing so wouldn't help anyway. Whatever the problem is, it isn't the iOS version. Have you tried a reset, or a restore?
