MMy iPhone 6+ is still not downloading apps or updating them. Have done everything is anyone else having this problem?

What happens when you try?
"Still" since how long? An hour? A day? A week? Since the beginning of the world?
The update changes to a circle with a square in it but no movement. When I press it again the update logo returns . If I try to download an app the download circle just spins, it's be like this for a week.

Specifically what does that mean? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
I powered off then on, reset the phone for network connections, rebooted wifi network to. Any suggestion, even filed online with Apple, they didn't respond.
That could be a connectivity problem. I had a problem like that just now updating Pages, Numbers and Keynote. I got a message saying the update faile, try again. It worked on the 3rd try. But the same update worked for 8 other apps.
Did you do the standard troubleshooting steps as outlined in the user guide? Did you reset by holding the power and home buttons until the phone restarted? Did you try a restore...first from backup, then as new?
Yes up to restore from back up and not new yet.
Actually after Lawrence told us of his connectivity problem I held the home and off button down, I've done that before, but maybe the network is working again? Bingo, movement and some apps are moving. Like him some are still saying they cannot connect at this time. So it's starting to work again...thanks you guy's there's no place like home.
