copy to itunes folder flag/setting

Hello --

I would like to maintain multiple itunes libraries -- but I would like one to have that media copied to the itunes folder but the other I would like to

have the media as a reference to itunes

is the "copy to itunes folder check box" a global setting or is it per itunes library?
