Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Unplugged cable from FIOS modem, plugged in to TC WAN. Called Verizon to reset modem, they said it would not work and they had no support for this configuration, "Call Apple". Excellent! I'm hoping someone reading this can help me set this up. Please?

I don't use Verizon, so I may be missing something here.......but you are aware that the Time Capsule does NOT have a modem on board, correct?
Without a modem, the Time Capsule cannot connect to the Internet.
Is there another device there that will provide an Internet connection to the Time Capsule?
I resolved it. Simply called Verizon and got a more helpful tech. All they needed to do was reset the modem.
