delete old backup because it is corrupt

iTunes is not able to backup my phone because it is saying the old backup is corrupt. How do I delete the previous backup from my computer (PC running Windows 8) so that I can create a fresh backup?

IOS 8.3
iPhone 5S 16 gig

iTunes prefs > Devices.

Select a backup then Delete Backup.
