Ever since I updated iPhoto, I can't change my desktop background

Ever since I updated my iPhoto to "Photos 1.0", I can't change my desktop background. It will change to any of the apple presets, but none of my personal photos. If i try to export any of my photos to the desktop, i get an "Could not load image (1,019)" every time. I just want to know how to fix it.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Photos Version 1.0

Hi Fedo,

I had a similar issue.

Reason for that, I enabled the iCloud storage first with the option "store optimised photos on my computer to save space". So, Some photos have been reduced in size on my computer and the actual photos in the iCloud. After some time , I disabled iCloud. So, when I try export those photos, I got the similar error.

My issue was solved by enabling iCloud storage and with the option to store original quality pictures on my desktop. After it has updated the images, I disabled iCloud.

Hope this helps for you.
