has anyone in the uk had a preparing for shipment email about there apple watch yet

No e-mail yet but credit card showed a pending transaction last night and status on Apple Store app changed to 'Preparing for Dispatch' sometime during the night.

Ordered a 42mm Watch with classic buckle - order confirmation email came through at 8:10 on 10/4/15 so not sure exactly what time I placed the order but I missed 8:00 due to updating the software on my iPhone. Very stressful! 😉

Okay guys and gals, I just talked to a contact at Apple (he's not a customer support person and that's the most I can say. but he did have information that was being distributed for phone support staff)he said that they have a memo in which they told their phone support employees that "having a change in your order status is not an indication that you will or will not receive your watch before those who are yet to get an order update." He went on to describe and insist "A change in order status does not indicate an April 24th delivery and the lack of a change to order status does not indicate that you will not be receiving your product at launch.

Theres's still hope for us ALL not just those whose status changed. still counting on you getting it Froday 😉

I'm in the UK, Ordered 2 watches as soon as i could when released.

38mm White sport was showing as delivery for on Friday but the 42mm space grey sport was May 12th - 26th.

White watch was showing as preparing for dispatch last night then this morning so was the black, however the date on the black still says May. My card has been charged so i assume i should get them both Friday. Fingers crossed.

My understanding is the date range you have (like my whit one) is 24th April to 8th May.. so it should be somewhere in-between.

Originally i thought it was 24th April between 8am - 5pm.

It will be worth it I'm sure.

Has anyones actually been 'Dispatched' yet? Im still stuck on 'Preparing for dispatch' so not looking like it will arrive tomorrow if they are using standard shipping.

I literally just check my status after writing that post and it has changed to 'DISPATCHED' so hopefully that was on a next day service!
