Relinking original files to iTunes

I have a iTunes library stored locally on the computer. All actual music files are stored on an NAS. I also have iTunes match with all songs, 'matched/uploaded/etc." Do to new computer/whatever my iTunes library (which is set to use the music folder on the NAS) is not linked to the original files. So I have a library full of iTunes match files, but iTunes is not recognizing all of the local files.

How do I reconnect the library and all of it's matched files to the original files so I don't need to D/L them from scratch. (about 11k files so it would take a while). Consolidate lib doesn't do it, and 'adding' the files in place just gives me two copies.
