How can I convert a voice memo into a song?

I have never tried what you want to do but if you get info on the track and change the "kind" to one you normally see associated with a music track that might do it.

RIght-click on the voice memo, select Get Info. Under the Options tab, change Media Kind from Voice Memo to Music.
