airdrop iOS 8.3 iPhone 6

I transfert PDF File from My MBA (10.10.3) to my iPad Mini 2 (8.3) no problem

I transfert PDF File from My MBA (10.10.3) to my iPhone 6 (8.3) it does not work

On iphone

I turn on/off the bluetooth, and on airDrop, no change

I Reboot the iPhone, AirDrop Work

work for a while then, AirDrop does not work anymore.

I repeat the step, (mostly the Reboot) it work

(i did try the step on Mac, but remember it work if i try to transfert to the iPad Mini)

I try to Reset NetWork setting, same thing

I did a restore recently.

Sometime I get the Icon of the iphone in the AirDrop Window, but I can't drop something on it.

I restart the iPhone and it work

Any suggestion ?

Anybody else is having this problem ?
