I was texting a person and the iMessage did not activate but when I deleted the thread and tried to text the same person again the iMessage activated did the person get my previous messages? The other person is an apple user as well

This doesn't help I'm asking because this is on going problem I want to know because I wanna know wether it's my phone or I shouldn't worry please stop being a wise guy
