IPhone 5c screen went dark. I had dropped it into water a mnth ago. What do I do now?

The screen on my IPhone 5c just went dark, suddenly.

The phone shows up on ITunes as a device.

I backed it up on ITunes, despite the dark screen.

I used Find My Phone on I Cloud. I sent a sound to the phone and it played.

I did drop my phone in water a month ago and dried it out with wild rice. It's been working fine.

Do you recommend I try to reconnect the battery?
