Run backtracks through Mainstage using Duet 1

Okay, so I've configured a "concert" layout perfectly for my band using Mainstage 3. It's simply a stereo track with music, and a stereo click track along with some midi software instruments.

All I need to know is if I can route a stereo mix of the backtrack out to the FOH and use the headphone jack to have just the stereo clicktrack.

I really don't care for hard panning the click and the backtracks. Can the Apogee Duet 1 do this for me without the hassle of buying stereo to mono adapters and having a giant workaround?
