If the purchase went through successfully (e.g you didn't just get temporary store holding charges), and the app doesn't have an IAP download setting within it, then use the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Pleas give back my refund
We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, nobody on here can give you any refund. If the purchase went through, and it's not a temporary store holding charge (About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) then read my above post for how to contact iTunes Support.
Yesterday I downloaded huangama app there I selected the trail pack .but instead of trail pack one month trail pack cost is 120 rupees /month not activated but my money was deducted .please help me
