i am not able to use the new feature of whatsapp calling on my i phone, how do i make calls from my whatsaap?

Contact whatasspapp support. It is not an Apple product.
From what I have read, that feature is not yet available on whatsapp for iOS.
It also appears to be a gradual rollout over the next couple of weeks.
I have updated the latest version to 2.12.1 on my iphone 5S and you can only recieve whatsapp calls and cannot make whatsapp calls. However the update for iphone 6 and 6 plus are fine.

Please turn off the radios on the phone and turn it back it on. ( This step is valid only after updating whatsapp version 2.12.1 on Iphone 5S..
