charger cable connected to the display screens has stopped charging my macbook

the charger cable connected to the display screens has stopped charging my macbook. Can you replace these cables? It doesn't appear you can disconnect the cable, like you can the power supply to the display screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)
