Problem with 10.10.3 on start up

Since upgraded to 10.10.3 my computer takes a long time to start up, i.e seeing the Apple logo and login. Previously the logo came on immediately and I can login? Is there a problem with 10.10.3?

Select Macintosh HD as the Startup Disk.
