I have the same issue too.  Have a mid-2012 MBP retina, Bluetooth was relatively stable until the 10.10.3 supplemental update.  Then it all has gone south.  But not sure it is all due to Bluetooth.  I've noticed issues with Finder, uneven response to clicks.  At some point typing text in the Safari URL box was completely slowed down.   Wish I had not done this upgrade.  Anyone experiencing similar issues with Bluetooth or Finder uneven performance?

Thanks Eric, read the notes and will monitor my Mac for the rest of the day, see if these suggestions have an effect.  The biggest issue is the sluggish response that comes and goes.  Tried resetting Finder preferences too, reset SMC.  Skype seems to be the most affected - it was working reliably prior to the 10.10.3 Supplemental and now it can't hold a steady connection for more than 5 mins w/o degrading, particularly when doing video conferencing.  All taken into account, it spells a more fundamental problem.  But will report back once I make a few more tweaks based on your suggestions.  Thank you again, really appreciate the pointers.

I was having the same problem. Do you have an external monitor connected? I did and when I disconnected it the problem was solved.

Not sure if this is related or not.  Ran some empirical testing on net bandwidth vs. apps on mid-2012 MBP Retina w/Apple's Thunderbolt display connected to it.  Ran SpeedTest.net in Safari and Chrome, with negligible differences w/o anything else running.  Then ran Safari/SpeedTest.net with one app open on a simple file, idle.  These are the results I got and was able to reliably reproduce them:

    1.  Evernote Business, Mail, Pages — all neutral, don’t have an impact on download/upload speeds.

    2.  Skype — shows a 16% decrease in download speed and 15% decrease in upload speed.

    3.  Keynote — shows a 60% decrease on download speed and a 28% decrease on upload speed.

    4.  Skype + Keynote — same impact as Keynote only

Why Keynote?  Don’t know yet, but it seems the 10.10.3 Supplemental update fixed some network issues but made Keynote worse.  When I keep Keynote closed my WiFi instability issues went away and streaming via WiFi worked ok.    Why this was the case, I have no idea - was expecting something like this from Skype (didn't impact much) but not from Keynote.
