My iPod Touch 5th Generation issues. I've used it like 5 times only.... Literally!!

It turns itself on randomly and starts playing music. When I turned it off yesterday it had about 40-50% battery, today I tried to turn it on but it indicated that there was no charge left so it refused to turn on. When I plugged it in, it opened up and again said it had about 40-50% battery. It's been 2-3 months since I got it but I have only used it 5 times, LITERALLY. I live in Turkey but my mom got me this from the U.S.

ALSO, it had many issues syncing music, it deleted all of it twice at some point. And it now has troubles with "manage music manually" option - It won't let me.

I have the latest IOS.

iPod touch, iOS 8.3

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
