Lost Bootcamp after Yosemite Upgrade

As many people, I've lost contact with bootcamp installation on my mac and now I'm not able to access Windows 7 at startup. I've seen many threat with people you were helping out and tried to apply those action to recover from that situation without success. I don't understand the full process and it scares me more to mess up more an already bad situation.

I've run the 4 commands you were asking to other and I got those results
