I finally found cause of issue!

It's ICC profile not support FCPX 10.2 review! OR FCPX 10.2 is not support ICC profile V2!

I will try change icc profile v4!

Are you using a late model Mac Pro?

Yes,I am using a late model Mac Pro (late 2013).

I am using ICC make from Monitor Calibration i1Display Pro . The ICC Version 2.

When I use Display original ICC FCPX 10.2 review windows is working!

So The ICC is cause of issue!
