Time Machine: Restore Keychain items?

I spilled coffee on my macBook Air and had to buy a new one. I did a complete restore from a Time Machine backup. I recently discovered that many of the Keychain items did not restore properly. How can I go back into Time Machine and retrieve my Keychain items?
