Downloading multiple .ics events from iCloud

Hi all.

I am a director for a local Amateur Theatre company and I am trying to share my calendar that contains my rehearsal schedule.

I have created the .ics file and imported it into my iCloud calendar. I have the url link, and all is well. However, when I email the file it displays a list of each individual event, and prompts the recipient to add them to their calendar one at a time.

I would like my cast to be able to download all of the events (61 items) to their calendars on their devices, with one click.

Is this possible? All advice welcome.

Hello baggiefanatic,

If you are using iCloud, which it does look like you are, you can share the calendar publicly so that they can add it to their devices and be updated when you make changes. Take a look at the article below to walk you through how to do this.
