Sync Facility

Hi

Two older IPODs with up to date software will not sync to my new library on my mac. They will not transfer the music on them no can i transfer onto them.

I initially tried to move my library from my old laptop however this failed so therefore I had to set a new one up.

Now i cannot get any music onto my iPods nor take it off (except authorised purchases)

Please can you assist?
