On my new iphone6 I'm receiving calls from my husband's iphone6 . how do I correct this?

Both iPhones are signed in with the same AppleID. Figure out which is which > sign in on each with your unique AppleIDs - ÇÇÇ

You can turn this feature off:

OS X Yosemite: Pick up where you left off with Handoff

(scroll down towards the bottom for instructions on both computers and iOS devices)

disable iphone cellular calls in the facetime settings.
