I want to stream instead of download my Season Pass to Better Call Saul. I want to stream to my iPad. I was able to do this with the Complete Series of Breaking Bad. With Better Call Saul, I have to download via the iTunes app on the iPad instead of finding it in the Videos app (TV Shows tab). Why is this happening? Just want to stream it.

Are you sure that you streamed it via iTunes?
As far as I know, you have always had to download to watch iTunes movies/shows.
Yes, I streamed the Breaking Bad Complete Series purchase. All episodes show in Videos app on iPad. I'm thinking the difference is I purchased a Season Pass for Better Call Saul whereas Breaking Bad was not purchased in this manner...and not a current show, either. Can't think of anything else and have had no luck figuring it out. Streaming is way better!
Great news. Fired up the videos app on my iPad tonight and my season pass shows up for Better Call Saul. I can stream again! Maybe it took time for Apple's servers when I first posted. Alright!!
