iTunes Match continuously loading on Apple TV

I have seen similar questions posed in other threads, but the solutions did not work for my situation. iTunes Match is perpetually being set up on Apple TV. Solutions to other threads have recommended signing out of iTunes and turning off Match then resetting the Apple TV.


I am able to sign out of iCloud, but not able to sign out of iTunes. Within the iTunes section in settings, the Apple IDs, iTunes Match and Stop Loading fields are each greyed out and inoperable. To the extent it's relevant, Match was successful on my computers.


Thanks for any suggestions.
