A1586 iphone 6 and CDMA network

As per apple website , iphone 6 model number A1586 should support CDMA network. I am trying to put Reliance sim in my mobile but not working . Anyone can help me to know for what reason my iphone is not detecting CDMA signals ?

The 2 iPhones that you can purchase in the US that are CDMA phones are Sprint and Verizon.


If you purchase a Verizon phone, then it comes unlocked and there is a sim card holder on the phone that is unlocked that is for use with other GSM networks, no CDMA networks. The fact that you are trying to use another CDMA network could be your problem - it could be the case that the phone will only support the CDMA network in the US and not another country.


Try inserting another GSM sim card in the sim card try and the phone should work.
