Wireless Range Extending

Hi ..

Is there any difference in performance if I extend my wirless network with AirPort Extreme or AirPort Express ?

The AirPort Extreme has much better antennas and there are 6 of them right up at the top of the "tower". In addition, the AirPort Extreme is capable of much higher speeds than the AirPort Express.

so is there ant videos to explain how to setup Air Port Extreme as a wireless extender only ? and does this setting differs if the Air Port Extreme is connected through ethernet to the main router ?
