Q: CANT GET MAIL

Lately when I try to access my mail, I get the message "Connection to the server failed". Can anyone point the way to solving this problem please? I did raise this thread before but cannot find it.

Hi,
If you have a backup then why not try a complete reinstall email settings as sound as if any software bugs?
Or just you can follow the steps to reconfigure an email account on your Apple device.

Did nothing but mail seems to have sorted itself out for the time beinG so thanks to those who made an input.
