reissue the e receipt
I bought 2 Jawbone Up24 bracelets on September 2, 2014 in alamoana store. One month ago, the Jawbone up24 was broken. Per negotiated with Jawbone customer service team, they agreed to replace the new bracelet for me but we must provide the purchase receipt in advance. I cannot find out my receipt. can I request to reissue the e-receipt via email again?
