Cellular Data : Voice & Data option

Hello Everybody!

I have an ipad mini 3 with wifi and cellular data, this iPad has the last update of the iOS 8.3.

Normally with this new version of iOS a new "Voice & Data" option in the Cellular Data menu is available. My problem is that in my case this option doesn't exists... I have only the possibility to enable or disable 4G like in the previous version of iOS.

The problem is that for doing some testing at my work I really need to use this new option that allow the user to choose between 2G, 3G and 4G!

I have the same iOS version on my iPhone 6 and it's okay the Voice & data option appears.

Has anyone an idea what can I have to do to have these options to my iPad too ?

It seems that it's not a sim card problem, because I exchange sim cards between my iphone and my ipad to test, and the option is still available on the iphone but not on the ipad!
