using apple id for itunes

hi when i try to use my apple id via itunes it says review your id ,at the payment section in the end when i select none and click on continue button a red pop up near billing section says "for assistance, contact itunes support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/." what should i do ? please help me

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.2

If you haven't already done so then you need to do as the message says and contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on the flag of the country where you are (and which is therefore on your account)

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
