my new macbook pro retina display has loose keys on keyboard

Hey i bought a 2015 macbook pro retina 13'' as well, are mainly ur arrow keys loose/wobbly? i may have this issue too but am not sure if this is supposed to be normal or not.

I am also having this issue. Specifically with the arrow keys. What is the solution for this? Get the macbook replaced or particular keys? If this is normal, then it will be very annoying to get accustomed to such annoying sound!

This is for everybody. Most Apple products have at least a 1 yr. warranty. Taking it back in is the way to go if you have problems.That's why the warranty. As to how long it takes to fix . Only the Apple store can answer that.

Loose or wobbly keys are certainly not the norm. Typically you have 14 days to return or exchange for a defective product. After that you are under a 1-yr limited warranty.

Local repairs and/or turn around time would be impossible to speculate; you are at the mercy of your local "company."

I think Apple Genius Bar is the best place to talk with tech staffs about repairing.
