My card code is inactive

I tried to recharge I tunes account and it give me a message that the card is inactive

what can I do?

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

If the store that you bought it from is close by then try going back to them ask them to activate it properly. If it's not nearby, or if they can't/won't help, then follow the instructions on the page that you posted from and try contacting iTunes Support (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes
