hi
i upgraded my ipad 3 from ios 4 (i think), to first 8.2 and now 8.3, but eversince been unable to use the ipad.
The homescreen doesn't (one finger) swipe anymore and whenever i enter text (anywhere) the letters appear four five times over very rapidly rendering my ipad useless.
Also in the settings menu i can't swipe down to see the rest of the men either.
Anyone else have this problem and possible solution?

Try the simple fix first. Reset the iPad. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.

I tried that with ios 8.2 and now with 8.3. All it does is reboot (like you said it would) but i can't swipe in the homescreen, nor menus.
Problem with typing persists as well.
I really wish i could go back to anything before ios 7, with their new design.
no one else having this problem?!😕
II upgraded my wife's mini 3 last night. It says upgrade successful but at end of Hello Setup screens the m/c reboots and goes back to the start of the Hello. i can't restore or backup the iPad. So, currently stuck!! Alan

You may have experienced a hardware failure coincidently with the iOS update. Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. Be sure to back up your device before taking or sending it to Apple.
