ihpone 4 is draining power quickly and getting realy hot

Can anyone help? My iPhone 4 recently started looking power quickly and was also getting very hot. I replaced the battery in it and it's still the same. I have also recently restored as well which didn't help. Anyone know why this is happening and can I fix it without having to replace my phone please?
