You have tried 100 different videos from 100 different sources. including ones which have previously proven capable, in a systematic analysis to validate such a broad statement? Or is this based on one video that won't import? What happens when you try to import? Have you looked in Recently Added? Maybe it is importing but just not appearing where you expect it to.
Thanks for your reply.
I've tried 5 or 6.
Nothing happens when i try to import.
I don't know where to find recently added
Thanks again
Recently Added is a smart playlist which contains items added to iTunes in the last 2 (usually) weeks. Right now the question is do the items get added at all, even if they are not appearing in the place you want them to.
Thanks, you're correct the one I tried to add this morning is in the Recently Added folder.
Interestingly it's listed as Music Media not Home Movie.
Is there a way I can get it into Home Videos?
Is my OS too old? Could that be the problem?
Get Info on the files (s) > Options > Media Kind drag down menu. May need to deactivate iTunes Match first.
I saw a script on the Dougscripts web site for dong this to batches of files.
