I Recently couldn't download any apps, when I pressed get it just showed the loading icon then went back to get. I searched for help and they suggested log out switch off and restart and should be able to sign back in. Now I cannot sign back in. Help!

I had the same problem when I manually changed my time to be one hour earlier, as my phone adjusted to summer time, and the government here in Egypt decided to cancel the summer time for this year. When I switched my time settings from manual to automatic again, all is back to normal and I was able to sign in to my app store account, and started downloading new apps normally.
Obviously, it has to do with time settings on your phone. Set time to automatic, and give it a try.

exactly the same issue I am facing now.. Unable to download and logged out.. Now not able to login also.. And there seems to be no issue with time settings in my case. Is there any fix for this issue? Probably happening after the recent update few weeks back..
