If Windows is deleted, will Mac be deleted as well?

A while back I installed the Windows 10 Technical Preview using Boot Camp. THE PREVIEW WORKS FINE. The point is, somehow, malware got installed on Windows (the Mac partition is %100 fine), and I'd like to delete the Windows and install it again. There is a way to do this within the settings, but I do not know if this will delete the Mac partition as well as the Windows partition.
