Q: back up problem
I keep getting the error message "itunes could not back up the ipad because the ipad disconnected" how do I fix this? The ipad is connected and am able to sync apps. I even tried to back up via wifi, but get the same message. Appreciate any help.

To delete from iTunes follow the steps here:
Find and manage your iTunes backups - Apple Support
The link I originally posted gives the steps to delete iClout backups depending on your computer configuration (Windows vs OS X vs iOS device)
