using my iphone as a PA system

Hi,

I want to connect a microphone to my iPhone 5S and use its internal speaker as "Hands free" and use my iPhone as a public address system. That is whatever I speak into the microphone, my voice is to be heard loud through the built in speaker of my iPhone. Is this possible?
