APL* ITUNES.COM/BILL What is this charge on my account for?
Why was I charged on my credit card for APL iTunes when I've never used it and IT"S MY WORK PHONE!!!!! I cannot reach anyone to help in "support". I can say their customer service is NON-EXISTANT and should learn how to have a connection with people!! Not a happy consumer and will make sure I share this with those who use Apple!
