xCode server bot is not sending email - how to trouble shoot?

We have other bot's running on different servers and we get the email notifications as anyone would expect.


However, on this one MacMini xCode server we are not getting any email notifications. I've done some basic searches in the logs, but I really am stuck in just trying to figure out how to even trouble shoot it.


Suggestions?

Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Late 2012 model

We had this issue and for a while we were able to work around it. What worked for a while was sending the emails to a gmail account which would get marked as spam, but you can setup filters to stop that happening. We also setup filters to have the emails forwarded on to the final destination email accounts. I think the issue was that some email systems block emails which don't have a valid reply to address.


But now this has stopped working for one of our servers.


It appears Xcode Server is just not sending emails anymore.
