how to stop swishing sound

Wife has a 5S. She asked to me complete an upload of a video to Facebook for her and when checking, I noticed that each time I dragged down on the page to update, it made a swooshing kind of sound. When I checked my phone (5c) i noticed the same thing, yet I couldn't find any way to stop the sound. Every thing I could find in the settings has been set to none. Any ideas, other than muting the phone?

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), 3.4 GHz Core i7 16GB RAM

In settings > sounds make sure "Facebook post" is set to none instead of swish

if its a sound from a third party app through muting the phone is the only way

gooballala,

This was the first thing I checked. Although I have it set for none, i still hear a sound. I am beginning to think it is just a Facebook thing in that I notice it on other IOS devices too when in the past there was no sound.
